1. Services Provided

Pierpoint Plumbing offers residential and commercial plumbing services throughout the Kansas City area. All services are provided by licensed and experienced professionals. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by phone. We strive to arrive at the scheduled time, but delays may occur due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay is expected.

3. Estimates, Payments, and Additional Policies

All invoices are due in full on the day of completion. After 30 days, a 20% late fee will be applied each month until the balance is paid in full. Customers applying for financing through Pierpoint Plumbing are subject to a financing charge of up to 9.9%, depending on the option chosen through the financing company. All bids are valid for 30 days; if the job takes longer than 30 days to start, the price is subject to change regardless of prior approval or signatures. There is no warranty on drain cleanings, as we cannot control what enters the drain or the condition of the pipes being serviced. Pierpoint Plumbing LLC is not liable for any damage to drain or vent lines during snaking, augering, or jetting, as pre-existing conditions are unknown. All work completed by Pierpoint Plumbing includes a one-year labor warranty on our work, excluding jobs involving customer-provided parts. A service charge will apply to all warranty calls, and parts may incur an additional cost if a manufacturing defect is present. Replacement parts covered under manufacturer warranties may require a waiting period while they are processed and supplied by the manufacturer.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Warranties and Guarantees
